The Merger...Major Cross Over Idea! Need your Opinions!

Hey guys, most of you have read my Sonya VS Catwoman cut scene from MKVSDC and liked it. Well for the past few months I've been influrenced by Soul Calibur 4 and MKVSDC over doing a major cross over. Now, I would like to see this as a game but I am nothing but a seventeen year old. So this could possibly be a forum series since I'm a pretty good writer. And don't worry, I have an editor,lol. Anyway, here's the plot:


Our universe is only one in a million. But our universe is begining to merge with four other ones due to a major apocalyptic event. Is it the end of days? Is it the end of life as we know it? Or is it just the beginning of something sinister?


Yeah, skimpy I know, but when I write the intro it'll be amazing. I think I might do this as a forum series like Leo did. Anyway, here are the main group of characters:

The intro will be amazing. Imagine Darth Vader fighting Shao Kahn. I'll start writing if you guys are into it.

... I really dont know about this. Vader and Yoda was crazy enough in SC4, but Mortal Kombat? Jury's still out.

IMO, a crossover between all the major fighting games franchises would be cooler.

-MK
-Tekken
-SC
-VF
-DOA
-SF

with only a few characters from each universe.

Maybe throw in Darktower, King of Fighters, Samurai Showdown, Guilty Gear, Tao Feng, Marvel, or DC for good measure.

But I don't know alot about all the other fighting game. I only know a little bit about Street Fighter and Soul Calibur.invadera-26. Should I add more?

The more universes, the shittier. Your current roster is just begging to fail. Your ''main characters'' are over 20! Are you mad.

For an accessible example on how a series of fiction should work, just look at Mortal Kombat Conquest. A TV show full of plotholes, yet given 40 minutes per episode, and a short cast of characters: Kung Lao, Siro, Taja, Rayden, Shao Kahn, Shang Tsung, Vorpax, Quan Chi and Scorpion. This show was written by professionals; How do YOU expect to succeed with such a ridiculous amount of main characters?

If you're thinking cross over, I think the best way to go would be Mortal Kombat + Street Fighter + Tekken + Virtua Fighter. The most iconic fighters, IMO. Perhaps Soul Calibur instead of VF. And use very few characters, perhaps three to five big names from each brand.

What do you mean you have an editor, by the way?

I'm sorry if it looked like I was trying to finish you, I assure I'm not. I'm interested in this and yes, I know your grammar is poor I just wasn't sure what you meant by editor. Your writing skills are far better than your grammar, so I think you might actually make something cool with this.

And I disagree with UR, Marvel and DC are mergeable IMO.
And having thought more about this, I actually don't think you should do just fighting games. But I still think 4 universes is more than enough. So, I'd like to you see write something about:
MK meets DC meets Marvel meets Street Fighter.

lol. Ok, I'm doing some research and the only two confirmed characters at this time are Darth Vader and Shao Kahn.
