Lol, thanks. Magic Wand is pretty much all I use to cut. I just couldn't get his hair the way I wanted it.

Try a bigger feather radius if that isn't smooth enough.

Yea it has to be a .gif or .png to actually be transparent.

It's a damn sketch

He's in chell-shaded graphics to begin with since all his recent games is cell-shaded. All cell-shaded characters have black outlines. Its nothing new.
