how did you make the faces?

It was actually pretty hard. I took some of Li mei's face, (lips, nose, eyes) and put them in to corresponding places on Mileena's. Then I took more skin samples from anyone I wanted to, (Kira, Mileena, etc) and filled in the cheeks and eyebrows, chin. So now, I have about 12 layers on one face. I individually select each layer, and start to smudge it and paint it, until it looks like a complete section of face. Do this for about 2.5 hours and...Bingo. You're done. I really don't recommend this process to anyone unless you really want to make your own custom face, because it is very tedious. But, this was my first time doing something like this, so I'm sure that with practice, I and anyone else who tries, will get better at it.

kitana's face looks a bit goofy though. but great job. especially that mileena into kitana one

Turn Sexy Mileena into ugly Tanya, make her eyes white, and skin dark. and turn her background into something that would match. anyone can do it except deadly dragon, Cuz I'm not on his "People I like List" jk

The blood effects could be better... but the swapping itself is pretty nice!!!

I would recommend just get some blood effects from MK wherehouse and paste it over grimmer

Actually.... It'd be a lot easier with Reptile/Sub sprites... cause grey is WICKED hard to palette swap... but green and blue are easy
