How can he ''make more until he gets better'', if he has no sense of self criticism and THUS, it doesn't matter how many he makes, they'll always be total crap. Unless, god forbid, he starts listening to our criticism, in which case, he might actually rise to be decent, and after that, who knows, maybe even good.
