I like it, it looks cool, like something out of devil may cry.

Bleed: maybe the fact that it looks like those Computer rendered scenes from Mortal Kombat Conquest?
But it's a nice arena. Great design. It'd be even cooler if that was a real arena in the game and the fighters could run around the whole thing, stairs and towers included.

Wow! That's really cool and well done! I'm glad we get to see varied mediums on here for a change. Thanks for sharing it here! I only wish I could make 3D backgrounds as nice as that, or at all.

Hey that's really good. All in all very good attention to detail.
Some things:
1. Add some bump-maps on the brick work to get rid of the flatness.
2. Keep in mind that fire gives off yellowish light. Since this is a day scene not a big deal but change the light sources or tone then down a little.
3. This is nitpicky but perhaps add some fractal noise or turbulence to the bricks to give them a dusty look.
4. This will be hard to do but, the walls are perfectly flat on top but the texture is more jagged. This is making the texture bend in the wrong spot. Fixing that will take alot more geomoetry so you may want to overlook it.
5. If the shadows are that low it would probably be darker outside, especially with that cloudcover.
