Well.
It took my two days to finally come up with a design that fits a hell spawn.
His cape looks like the one Spawn has and he has reptile's mask style

I like the mask, it reminds me of VenoMark's icon with the reptile mask from MK4.

The cape has great texture to it, and it's drawn out nice.

I would add more originality to your character's sprite as you finish it, plus fix the cape onto his back so it looks right.

i notice a lot of good fake pic authors like making sprites of themselves like:
Blacksaibot: a very black hooded noob saibot
Murdoink: a head less deforn stiches person
Magg: a dark subzero mk2 sprite
Im not sure about FatSatan or VenoMark, I still have some of Veno and FatSatan fakes but im not sure
