Why did sheeva turn into a scorpion?

I would get a better animation program if I were you, your animations are still choppy in some areas.
Otherwise, good. Idea is a little plain, but the execution is pretty good.

that was almost as boring as an MKA fatality.

It was okay, but I'm really not a fan of that "pinwheel" blood effect you used for the exploding head.

It really just depends on your browser settings and how much memory you have. No matter what program you use, gifs are compiled and interpreted the same way on all receiving ends. For example Netscape and Firefox display them smoother than IE in my experience.

Quite, so start using flash lol
As for this ani, well I think it's okay...
I don't like the idea much. I always hated the animalities in mk3/T so combining them with the fatalities doesn't do it for me either.
I also don't get the idea of stinging him so his head blows up and then walking to rip off his torso. I mean, I think it would've been better if you had her sting him, have him stumble back whilst she poses and then have his head blow up. The idea of having her posed and not have to move to kill him cuz the damage would've already been done would've been much crueler imo.
But whatever, lol. I don't like the blood spiral thing (again) and the blood work in general is *odd*. I mean you'd think with all those blood drops flying around at least one would hit the ground and make a puddle? The MK2 blood bubble looks way out of place again, as do those MK2 pools of blood.
Also, try to rip the version of the background that has most of it white for the blowup effect as opposed to just a white frame.
I don't like the idea of her ripping the torso anyway, as I said earlier, but, I don't like the way it looks either. She sorta casually flings her arms back and it *pops* off. It doesn't look like a struggle, which is fine as she's strong, but there's no weight to it and the way it flies doesn't look right. It needs a proper arc. I mean it goes diagonally up and then falls straight down, lol.
Would love some lifebars and stuff too. I mean this is clearly trying to represent some form of the game or otherwise you wouldn't have included the fatality text or the "Sheeva Wins" text (which doesn't look right either, far too....... fonty, lol).
I'm on the fence with this one, so 5/10

I thought it was awesome. I like how you combined both Sheeva's animality and added a fatality aspect to it. It looked really awesome. The blood doesn't look realistic, but it looks really cool (like the drop that comes out after Sub is ripped in two and stuff like that). I guess you were going for that sort of effect, and you definitely did it good.
5/5
And good choice of characters by the way

Not good, I'm afraid. I like your animations, but I'd like to see you put more time into one of them instead of making three or four samey ones in a row. Most of what Tim said stands for me as far as effects go.

^Quoted for truth!!
I can only give this one 2/10, the two points being for mixing a fatality with an animality, which is a nice idea, but other than that I really don't like it. There's no need for her to rip off his torso after his head went kaboom. He's already pretty dead after that, you know? Also, the novelty effect of your cool little "blood spiral" has worn off a long time ago.

Dude, what GIF program do you use? I must know! Great jorb by the way!
