Great sketch. On that I have little to comment on. I believe you said you used Photoshop so for the coloring it needs a little work. Main problem is just that you are using flat tones for the body. Yellow for the shirt, black for the pants. Beyond that it looks like you are relying on your sketch's shading to add the variations in color. Instead use a new layer in photoshop to add your color variations. This may be the look you where going for, if that's the case then disregard. But for some good photoshop tutorials go to FARP, look under "The Art".

I like it, nice job, but like everything it can be better.

I like your action pose, and the cross hatching shading style. I would improve on the coloring and perspective. The arms looks a bit off.

But it looks pretty good. Just some minor flaws here and there.
