Just wait and see. Personally, I think Trish makes an excellent Sonya; she has the look, body, and fighting skills needed. the only thing left is the talent, which is basically uknown (but hey, The Rock's acting debut was pretty impressive).

I don't know if this is useful, but the day the 'Trish' rumors hit the board here, I checked the wrestling news sites (as I always do, being an wrestling fan), and that same day the story was all over the wrestling sites. That pretty much confirms the info came from IMDB.

Like I said, don't know if it helps, but it for sure came from IMDB to the wrestling sites..
