What is the song that is playing when Liu Kang, Johnny Cage, Sonya Blade and Kitana meet Raiden and the celebrating monks at the Shaolin temples after Liu Kang defeats Shang Tsung, just before Shao Kahn shows up?

It's a song by Orbital called "Halycon & On & On"

It was on the soundtrack. Also in the movie Hackers.
