Mortal kombat conquest was a good show,I understand it did well. But why no season 2?

Yeah, for some reason, they are like out of money or something. But can anybody please tell me why they are in financial trouble please?

Actually there was a second season planed.When I went to MGM along time ago we went on the sound stage and the guy mentioned that it did to well.In fact so well that they didnt have enough sponsers for a second season.But if there we to be another season(which wont ever happen)no one from the show would come back to star.All of them have moved on to better and bigger things.Trust me the actors are making to much money right now for them to go back to just tv shows.Its just better where the series left off,maybe they will finish the story in a game.
