How come they show the crappy mk anniliation movie thousands of times on t.v, but never the fantastic 1st movie!!!

Oh man if hey released this on a special edition DVD of the MK movie...i would jump out of my seat and start punching the air saying 'yes!'

I might have...will look over my old tapes. But don't hold your breath most of my MK: C tapes were either recorded over by my niece or eaten by my now burned and buried VCR from hell. Even then I might have not gotten the first time it air and recorded the first episode at a later date. That's why I got the DVDs from the UK.

If I recall correctly, interspersed throughout commercial breaks were "making of" type scenes from a special called "The Making of Mortal Kokmbat: Behind the Dragon". I don't think I have it on tape anymore, if it ever turns up I'll be glad to send word. The "Behind The Dragon" special was aired once also, on a different date, probably around the time of the film's theatrical release, if I am not mistaken.

If you buy the movie Mortal Kombat the journy begins or something like that, its a cartoon version of the mortal kombat movie ( poorly done and acted, and only goes from them getting on the boat to right before the tournement. ) but yea, if you buy that movie, it has it at the behind the dragon thingy after the movie.. im not sure if its the whole thing tho.
