I have story/plot for new movie...

(this story only works when you forget "annilation")
Sub-Zero isn't dead just impaled he ices over his wound and limps back to the lin kuei temple (ice DOES melt!) no longer under shangs control, he takes up his fight against shao kahn and hunt for scorpion, s.z.. is NOT evil!
To fight under his power scorpion is ressurected by shao kahn to kill liu kang and sub-zero.
Liu kang, Johnny cage, and sonya blade have been taking up shelter at the temple of light, and all of them have had premonitions of the coming of shao kahn.
Shao kahn summons barraka, jade, motaro, and kintaro to destroy the decendant and allies of kung lao so they will not stand in the way of the invasion of earth through a conjured/illegal portal.
when jaxx comes to retreve sonya from china he runs into more popular well known baddies from the games.
sub zero gets a new look and that medallion from mk deadly allience
all teams up to stop shao kahn and save earth!!!

Since your story isn't too short, I will point out everything that's ''wrong'' with this, and also the things that I just plainly dislike.
OK, well, first of all, Sub-Zero completely froze over in the movie, he wasn't just impaled. This isn't something that Annihilation did, he died in the first movie. You can't just survive getting impaled and completely frozen, it's just not survivable. Especially if you're just going to LIMP all the way back to your house.
And why is he taking up his fight agains't Shao Kahn? What did Kahn ever do to Sub-Zero?
Sub-Zero was already taking his fight to Scorpion, like you said, whatever that means, so why is Shao Kahn ''ressurecting'' Scorpion? And Scorpion had just been killed by Johnny Cage, with so many dead warriors to ressurect, I don't see what makes Scorpion such a great candidate to being ressurected. Again, was he ever in need of any ressurecting to begin with? You said Sub-Zero was hunting him, why would Sub-Zero hunt a dead person?
Since Kahn invades at the end of the first movie, I'm assuming Liu, Cage and Sonya are sheltered at the Temple of Light from Kahn - hum, but Kahn invaded RIGHT AT THE TEMPLE OF LIGHT. So it doesn't look like the best hiding place. And what is Rayden doing all along? And if Kahn's already invading, what kind of premonitions are they getting? What? Huh?
See, just like the creators of MKA, you forgot why the hell Shao Kahn is invading in the first place. Yes, we all know he's a bloodthirsty ruthless evil emperor who thrives to take over all the realms, thus becoming the ultimate entity of power in the universe. But he IS barred from invading realms by the Elder Gods. He CAN'T just invade. So why is he invading? You make it seem like the only thing stopping him is Liu Kang and Co.
That's actually a lot better than what they did with MKA, where Rayden just randomly suggests that Sonya go fetch Jax, who is like, locked inside a huge military base with NOBODY in it except himself, strapped to a bed after some sort of surgery that didn't involve any surgerying per se, and they get to the military base through fucking holes in the ground, that just lead to a cave right near the base. You'd think the military would've seen it by then.
Good job with coming up with a better idea for getting Jax in the movie than MKA's, but it's not exactly saying much. He just runs into baddies? That's killing off the characters just like they did with MKA- Ermac, Rain, Baraka, Sheeva, Scorpion, Reptile, Noob Saibot... they were all just ''some baddies from the game''. Fans wouldn't be happy with that, no.
With that, you'd be swiftly killing off the Sub-Zero most fans love, the ''good'' Sub-Zero, that made his debut in MKII and has been one of the leading characters and fan favorite in each and every single game afterwards. I don't know if you know this, but the Sub-Zero from the movie is actually supposed to be the Sub-Zero that ends up as Noob Saibot, not the Sub-Zero in Deadly Alliance. So, yeah, another bad move for the fans.
Hope that helped. In your future stories, try thinking if things make sense before writing them, instead of just saying ''this would be cool'' and sticking with it. Think WHY these cool things should happen, why they CAN happen, and why anyone would want to see them.
