Since the ball has been rolling on the MK: Next Generation project it was only a matter of time before someone said... Hey guys, what about a part two?

I didn’t realize that making this fan film would be so much fun. The costumes and the fighting and all, everything has been a blast. I can’t wait until we upload a trailer. A lot of people had a problem with the story, and some still do. However the first two Hollywood movies already told a lot of the original stories and I wanted to make an MK movie that I could call my own. Since it was going to take place 20 years after Mortal Kombat Annihilation, no one could say “well you didn’t get this or that right”, because there’s no telling what could have happened in a 20 year span. Don’t get me wrong, the first two movies are in fact mentioned in MK: Next Generation. So will there be a part two? I decided that I would probably put a drastic spin on the concept and came up with this rough idea, however it may be subject to change.


“Mortal Kombat: Cross Generation”

When Han, Tony, and Nikki attempt to go back in time to prevent the death of Lui Kang, something goes terribly wrong. They find themselves lost in a world where they must fight the forces of M. Bison. Even with the combined might of Ryu, Ken, and Chun Li at their side, Han realizes that he and other Earthrealm warriors may be our only hope.

All in all we won’t know until MK: Next Generation is done filming in February.
