I'm just wondering, how much are the Hasbro MK1 action figures worth nowadays still in the box? And how rare are they?
Also, I was just wondering if anyone had a general list of all the merch that came out back in the day that was related to the original Mortal Kombat game. What I mean is stuff like the comic, trading cards, shirts, these action figures, etc. I like collecting stuff from the original MK so I was just wondering.
Lastly, were there ever action figures released for MK2, MK3, UMK3, or MK4? All I've seen are the originals (which randomly include Smoke), Trilogy, and then stuff from Deadly Alliance on.

In the UK the value of the MK1 Hasbro figures go (boxed and in good condition) around for £15 - £20 each. The easiest one to acquire is Sonya Blade. Goro was only sold as a double pack with Johnny Cage.
A bit rare are the special film edions, the the most rarest things are the boxed three Combat Vehicles. Each one comes with a figure. Two of which are Kano and Reptile and these were never sold seperatly without the Vehicles.
Hope this gives you a idea.

If you ever managed to get to complete the whole collection tell us how much they are worth.

New complete sets of all figures and vehicles have sold for well over $500 in the past. Used figures tend to sell for these values (all variants, each individually priced):
Goro - $20-30
Cage - $10
Shang Tsung - $10
Kano - $10-20
Sonya - $10
Liu Kang - $10-20
Scorpion/Reptile/Sub-Zero/Smoke - $20
Cycle - $20
Reptile's boat - $20
Dragon Wing - $50
E-bay has been having a lot of low-ballers recently, meaning they expect you to sell to them for next to nothing. If the items don't sell the first time keep relisting them.
