i think this pose would compliment better with the others

For a long time I assumed they would go with that pose as all the other female characters were also based on the set of renders that that particular one comes from. And I have to say that I love that pose too. But the "Make it rain" fatality pose is still #1 for me.

Anyway, I'm keeping my fingers crossed SYCO won't put any switch out parts on the statue like they're doing with Mileena. I'm not a fan of those.

The statues come with detatched parts anyways. Scorpion 10" for example has a detached head, swords, grip of sword and knee caps. Im guessing its the more delicate parts, that couldnt be molded with the rest of the sculpt.

Damn, that was my suggestion that they took too. Mileena without both sai just seemed like an injustice IMO.

Has sycocollectibles checked this thread yet btw, did they start tossing ideas around for Skarlet yet?

Can anyone confirm an 18" Skarlet coming on top of the 10"? Someone mentioned this on another forum...?

Skarlet looks perfect in this pose, very much in synch with her character. Please do her in this pose and in the 10'' scale.

Can you say perfect? Add some blood tentacles around her in this pose and you have one bad ass statue. I like the render and all, but it's too "girly" for Skarlet. We need the rage filled, more unstable than Mileena, psycho who eviscerates people battle pose Skarlet, not a runway model, lol.

Only if I had a spare few hundred bucks.

Does anyone know how much will Rain be? He may be my favorite character in MK9, but I'm not willing to pay more than $200. I'm tempted to buy the Scorpion, I don't know if I should wait and save my money for Rain or not.

If Scorpion is $300 I would think Rain would be close to that due to the extras he will come with. My guess would be around the $250 mark.

Game merch shouldn't cost as much as the system you play the game on. Just my opinion.

I like this one the best. I'd buy a statue of her in this pose to go with my set for sure.

Skarlet quickly became a favorite of mine despite my initial predictions before her release. I thought she was just gonna be some red ninja girl, but I quickly realized her design is off the hook and her personality matches the whole blood aspect attached to her. This pose with some tentacles coming up around her would perfectly capture her hostile demeanor and add that much needed element of her blood powers to the statue.

I actually disagree with the Shao Kahn design. He looks nothing like MK9. I liked the old too, but respect the design they gave him this time around....especially in the cinematics. Fact is, you almost never see this "alternate" throughout the entire game.
The one thing i really don't like with this bust is the teeth on the mask. I know its early production, but they should really have space between them, or just go with the fangs. The fact that the helmet is removable is very cool! I agree that The spacing between the mouth and nose looks like Goro. I really hope they make a 10" figure with the MK9 primary, removable helmet, and light up red eyes.
