Right now, there will be two 4K UHD versions of the film, one for the USA and the other for India. The cover artwork looks finished for the India version which will include a couple languages while the USA version has the TBA disclaimer.

These appear to be 2-disc sets, one for a 4K UHD disc (BD-66 though it could be wrong) and the other for a Bluray BD-50 disc which suggests there will be special features.

Personally I am very excited for this and thankful WB hasn't given up on MK like they did with Tom & Jerry or Little Things.

They appear to be banking big with Godzilla/Kong and MK and the fact there appears to be an easter egg of a Reptilian creature (speculative to be Reptile in reptilian form) looking like Godzilla proves this.

As of right now the only 4K UHD version of any MK media is the animated film Scorpion's Revenge, also serving as the FIRST for the franchise to be released on 4K UHD.

Neither live-action film has yet to see such treatment.
