Here is a link to a series of trailers. According to the source I seen, Spanish MK page I often reference, these have been playing throughout American TV so technically these would be TV spots.
We see Kabal briefly and we see Mileena almost in full revealing her full-body costume. We also see slightly more of Goro, especially see him jumping from a standing position and we see Kano's eye laser shot from the right eye at another angle. What we don't see is Nitara. One of these TV spots also shows the characters speaking their own names as a throwback, to some degree, to the older TV spots/trailers.
They reveal more dialogue and show different angles with a couple glimpses of new footage here and there. They are definitely keeping any extra footage under wraps as everything shown still matches up with the leaks or the newly revealed opening.
Still these are awesome and very welcoming. I knew there was a "trailer before the trailer" which I cannot find and believe I seen it in the Youtube app on my TV but these beat that any day.
They remind me of the older 1995 laser disc which included TV spots for that film.
