Hehe. Well... I agree with some of that's there. But, here's one question that one has to ask. Why would Angelina Jolie or Tyra Banks(given the high status of both women in the entertainment industry) even want to entertain the thought of being cast in such a movie where it would not be of ANY benefit to them or their careers?

Honestly, considering the women you are speaking of, you have to take a more realistic look at what's being asked. Asking for an Academy Award winning actress who garners millions of dollars for each role to star in a movie where she won't even be in the lead let alone recieve even a respectable portion of her base salary?

And Tyra Banks. What acting skills does she have that would qualify her to be in a movie in the first place? She's a retired supermodel, who is now a talk show host. Is she supposed to take 3-3.5 months off from her show to take acting and martial arts classes? Shall I remind you of the train wreck of a movie that Cindy Crawford made when she had it in her mind to try being an actress? Fair Game was the movie and every considered it horrid. I trust that Howard, The Duck was higher on their "movies to see list" than that failure.

The fact of the matter is, movies such as Mortal Kombat are not the most attractive projects that actresses of Joile's calibur and status would jump at. Sorry to say that, but it's the truth.

Well ok sounds true it might end up like that but no matter who they cast it will stil be a good movie. But why the hell did they ask the other model who play jade and is azn and not ask tyra who is black and resembles jade but i just hope they get better casts. People seem to think petitions are the solution to everything. There's NO WAY in hell that Angelina Jolie would ever play Kitana. Nevermind if she fits the role or not, there's NO WAY it's happening.
