I'd like to point out this cool set from Best Buy, currently $5 off but about $5.99 in shipping. I ordered mine and am still waiting for it but I'm excited to see the extras.

And here are two unboxing videos I found online for each of these editions. I am not sure if the Scorpion figure is posable but it doesn't look like it. Also, I suspect fans can fit the Target steelbook into the Best Buy case but I cannot verify this until I get mine. I am likely to buy the Target exclusive down the road.

UPDATE:

The Scorpion figure is NOT posable and is one piece. He's connected to a black stand, pretty much an oversized Army figure without the green and more like Scorpion from this animated film.

A steelbook can fit in place of the 4K package (it comes with a slipcover too)

BUT -

The 4K disc does not include the extra features so you have to use the Blu-ray disc for those. If you want to put the steelbook into the cardboard gift box you'll have to add the 4K disc to it since it is only available in Blu-ray.

Also... to remove the figure you need to very carefully guide it out from underneath the cardboard insert inside the box by gently lifting the tab just enough to slide the figurine out.
