On MK:A, Raiden looked silly doing those ballet jumps when he was trying to fight those things (what were they again?) I thought it was soo funny.
Then that non-stop air-kick he did lmao.
But my most dissapointed fighting scene would have to be.. well most of you all mentioned them.

Reptile and Liu Kang is one of the best fights in both movies!!!!!!!!!!

i dont think the 'sonya/kano' fight was that bad it looked more real then any other fight
kano=big guy punches sonya=hot but little woman
woman goes down

plus HOW can anyone say the 'sonya/mileena' fight was bad

I loved the Liu Kang vs. Reptile in MK1. Its awsome. And the ownage of Shan Tsung. 32 hits in a row!

Yeah Reptile and Kang was a great fight.

I wouldn't call Reptile vs. Kang a great FIGHT per se... but it's a great show of moves and cinematography. Scorpion vs. Cage is a better fight because it's more balanced. Liu Kang got the shit beat out of him but won the fight with like, four moves.

I love it how he owns Shang in the last fight. Its so funny.

Goro vs. cage: Should have been ALOT longer. goro was undefeated champ for 500 yrs & gets beat that fast? By a hollywood actor?? Please!! All the fights with goro (all 2 of them) should have been longer & more brutal. There should have been alot more goro action, being he was the 'reigning champion'.


Liu Kang vs. Kitana: a real joke of a fight if one could call it that. Even Shang had to put a stop to it.

There should have been more fights with the 'generic' guys. They had a whole boatload of fighters come to the island & we only see Liu fight one of them for the first match. A few got creamed by goro, but what about the rest? There must have been about 50 or more guys there.

Sonya vs. Mileena: cool muddy fight, i just wish mileena would have unmasked so we could see her ugly face in the movie.

Sheeva: cool character gone to waste by bad script. i think they were pressed for time. They could have had a great fight sequence with her, but nooooooo. Also Baraka was kind of wasted too. As was Rain.

liu vs reptile: good fight, can't complain much about that one, except it'd be cool to have seen him unmask like in the game (even though he kind of was through the whole movie)

Cage vs. scorpion: awesome fight, especially the unmasking & 'friendship' thing. Kind of wierd scorp dies then comes back in the next movie with no explaination of how. Anyone not familiar with MK would be confused on that one.

Liu vs. Shang: It would have been cooler to see shang morph like crazy during the fight rather than 'call upon the other warriors'. it would have been so awesome to see him changing to all the diff fighters like in the game.

liu vs kahn: they should have dropped the lame 'animality' thing completely, & had a long drawn out fight. the CGI was so bad, even for then. it's as if they didn't even try to make it look real.

where was Sector? Cyrax & Smoke appeared but not Sector. Why? also it would have been cool to have actually seen Kabal & Stryker get captured. That could have been a good fight scene too.

But The most disappointing thing (about MK annihalation) was that alot of characters made brief appearances & then were never seen again. To quote Raiden:" I was expecting to see a team of fighters!!!!" We only got a small group of them. Where was nightwolf, subzero, etc.?

The Liu Kang/Baraka fight was pretty dissapointing, Baraka got his ass kicked then Kang dropkicked him down a hole of fire. (Which was really the Rain fotage from earlier if you look closely.)
