As mixed as my feelings are regarding this movie, I can't wait for the trailer. I really want to see more about it. I'm not getting my hopes up for an early February trailer date.

I was the one that posted the image on r/mortalkombatleaks. I think the twitter thread is from some guy whose handle is futureboy or something.
I'm guessing we'll get a trailer sometime between February 1st and the Super Bowl, though I don't think WB is going to spend that much for an ad unless to promote HBO Max
