Yes it doesnt make sence to take some parts of what i said and reply to them when their out of order.My point was,and if you read it and not just decide to reply to some of it.Is that,theres no mk3.I said threshold said or the person from that place said,there is no plans for one.And the reason i brought up universal is cause they were supposed to help releasing the 3rd one but they have nothing to do with it.And the reason i brought up mkc and new line was cause thats the reason there is no dvd release of the show cause they have rights to it more the threshold.Same with why there is no dvd u.s release of MKDOTR.

In three years, the movie better be worth the wait. that's all I can say.

Well 2010, we've waited this long whats a few more years.

Hell yea its too damn long.And whats a few more years?Well i will tell you whats a few more years.Its to many more considering how many people have been waiting since 1997 for another MK movie.Hell there isnt even a offical statement saying their even making one or going to make one.No one wants to say anything anywhere.The only thing you hear are actors saying something but then years pass and you hear nothing again.Its all BS.From all the information I have gathered and from who i have talked with.I don't ever see this movie EVER being made.I am sure you will still get a update a year from now cause thats when something gets said,is always a year apart.But nothing offical and is always and will always be rumors.

Zentile is by far the most correct person, i didnt even have to read half of the first page, but i did. It will take until 2010 AT LEAST because:

. Script isn't finnished, thus its liable to change
. Im sure Threshhold network still don't have the full licence and their is some fighting between new line and them as to who are the rightful owners. (Though this might already be settled.
. They need a definate cast for when they start filming
. They need a location, stages to be made, artwork to be done and Costumes.
. They then have to go through the task of Filming it, re filming crap bits, editing bits, adding special affects ETC.
. Some where along the line they need to get the film rated by age.
. Often films that have been made are just left gathering dust for some months for the right time to release it.

I personally feel with this film, if they are starting over they most definately need to recast some of the actors as the key fighters are pretty much all over their 40's. Lambert is what 54 and Liu Kang is 46 i think... So it needs to be fresh especially if they want to cast an Entire Series of Mortal Kombat Movies.

And that guy that said August i do well and truely believe you are some sort of spastic and are totally out of your mind. Mink has over the past made lots of contact to people on lots of things and confirmed that the film is starting over...

Didn't new line's rights to MK expire back in 2000? I know finding the right script and everything can take a while (just ask marvel w/ spider-man) but 2010 seems like a reasonable release date. besides we have other stuff to hold us over, Castlevania movie (hopefully that doesn't suck), Spidey 3, Wolverine, AVP 2, The Dark Knight, Iron Man, etc....

They need to release MKC on dvd....if Sanford and Son can be put on dvd, then i know MKC can. And that's the word....
