Actually, you're wrong; Chris confirmed in an interview that he'll return. Frost is also confirmed; In fact her name was created with input from the guys at threshold as well as the guys from the mkda team; Sung Hi Lee is expected to play her, but that's not confirmed as of yet.

Although I do agree with you that there are many rumors considered as fact concerning MK3, but when a movie takes THIS long, you can't really expect anything else. I'm hoping MK.Com updates soon with solid info on MK3, so we can put all these rumors to rest.

Chris isn't that hard to picture playing Scorpion, as he did it in the first movie and mkconquest, all praised by mk fans, so it's pretty obvious chris is gonna be back.

You have a point, but considering Chris is a fan favorite, and also he DID play him in both MK and MK Conquest, then it's pretty easy to assume he'll be back for MK3; confirmed or not.

Christopher Lambert? I guess this movie is going to be another mockery of the enigma that is Mortal Kombat, just as the first 2 movies were. I dont think ill even bother seeing it this time round.

There has to be production first before he can play the part. We don't even know if the movie will get off it's feet, which isn't looking likely at this point.
