I have all 18 of these. They were included in the Press Kit, which I happen to have two of and am able to have a complete one by merging the contents from both.

Clearly, the press kit for MKA should include:

1 MKA Folder
1 MKA Press Packet
18 B/W 8x10 photos
(I think) 18 35 mm film cells in card stock

I am not aware of any letters or ads like seen in press kits for the film and live tour.
