Will we see Robin Shou, Linden Ashby and Bridgette Wilson coming back to the Mortal Kombat franchise? Maybe in a sequel to Mortal Kombat 11 where they are coming back as Liu Kang, Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade?

If it was required for someone to play a much aged version of the character within the plot then maybe, but I generally doubt it. They're too old now.
