Ok based on the fighting sequences in the 1st movie, i wanted to know who do u think would win between theese 2? I cant really call it, they both gave their opponents a hard time, but i got my money on scorpion because he probably wouldnt have lost if Johnny Cage didnt conviently find a sheild to block his toasty.
Pretty sure Scorpion would win, but it depends on the environment as well. Scorpion was obviously master of his domain when he transported Cage to his lair. Reptile would probably do better in Outworld than Scorpion, but still I think Scorpion would win.

True, in the begining Reptile was kicking Liu Kang's ass, but in the end he lost fair and square.
Then again since he gave a skilled fighter like Liu Kang a hard time, he may be able to beat scorpion. (just based on wat we saw in the movie of course so dont go all haywire on me.)
O well i already said scorpion so i gotta stick to my first choice. Keep it comming tho.

You make a good point there, but Reptile had more of an aggresive approach as oppose to Johnny Cage who used his head to defeat scorpion. Scorpion was also agressive in the movie so if him and Reptile fought, I think it would be more of a clash rather than brains vs fighting skill. With that in mind, it would come down to who the better fighter is and imo it would be a very close match (again based on the movie). It can go either way at that point, but if Reptile ever got caught with Scorpion's spear, it would be over.

Idk. They both spanked their opponents pretty bad before being out-witted. All Scorpion has to do is rip off his mask real quick to burn Reptile. Then again Reptile appears invisible, and quick as hell in the lizard form based off of both films. I still say Scorpion. He has more tools to get the job done if he uses his brain instead of pure rage.
If they keep fighting standing up, I think Scorpion has the better chance since he seems to have more knock out power.
Reptile's ground game seems better though, so if the fight went to the mat, he could possibly have the advantage there. Fighting on the mat will make it a lot harder for Scorpion to remove his mask, and it looks like Reptile would get out of submissions with more ease since he's more flexible and agile.
