In the movies Scorpion was already a dead warrior, recall MKC the magical scorpion's bite on Takeda, inside that scorpion possessed a dead skilled warrior. Being so that he is dead, he is a reincarnated spectre.

Scorpion before reincarnation (Takeda)= Bloody Spear would work

Reincarnated Scorpion (Scorpion)= Snake Spear fits him best

Thats just in the movies though dude. The games are a different story.

Yes, I mean, in the movie when that badass mechanical snake came out from inside Scorpion's palm, it was so boring. Seeing Scorpion take a plain spear from his belt and throw it would be so much better. Oh god please, strike my accursed sarcasm down.

on both of the mk movies not a single person is caught by his spear. but anyway i doubt that they'll put his bloody spear

Except in MK Conquest, the TV show. Scorpion gets like three guys in the entire show, but it was awesome.

In MKC I didn't actually see scorpion's spear go into anyones chest but instead it either went around their necks or the opponent grabbed it in time.

No blood n gore, but still an excellent series all up.

Its mouth grabbed his opponents neck. It wasn't meant for the chest, only the bloody spear, since the snake spear has a mind of its own as well. In MKC it looked like the snake spear had a poisonous bite to it.

It bit three people:

1. Some recruit for Scorpion's clan= grabbed him by the neck and strangled him to death with its mouth.

2. Siro's Brother= grabbed him by the neck with a bite, held him in the air strangling him to death as well as the poison from the snake spear's bite.

3. Sub-Zero= grabbed him in the lower to upper neck region, almost strangled him to death with its poisonous bite, but Subby froze it and shattered it to pieces.

That’s the three I remember, because he missed Kung Lao.
