I think they should make new movies, i've been waitin for a new movie since that crappy second MK movie came out. I'm waiting for the creaters to redeem themselves. Now that people can make their movies look realer than the first 2, the costumes wouldn't look like they put them together from different cheap dollar stores.

Yeah man, I want more movies!!Hell yeah bro lol.

The 3rd movie looks promising, I don't give a shit what some people think about it already with the whole "MK will suck attitude"

The fact that they brought back the oldschool actors from MK 1 movie already makes it better.

The storyline planned out looks pretty good.

I can't wait man!!

grin

I'll see it the day it comes out, I'm calling out sick and seeing the first show!!smile

Exactly. MK 3 will be better than mk ann, no problem there (unless they really mess it up). MK ann has grown on me though, not much choice when there's only the 2 movies, right?
but no way will it beat any 'real' martial arts movie like 'Enter the Dragon' or even the 'Kill Bill' movies. Not unless they make it rated R, rather than making it for the kiddies.

*Rolling Over Laughing* Yes! The way they make movies now, MK shouldn't be a problem. Now it won't look so fake. Characters like Reptile won't look like a real person in a mask, and Goro wouldn't look like a costume with mechanical movements. Plus Scorpion and Sub-Zero won't look so puny in their outfits and would have more built muscles lol.

Yes, I agree with you 100% I thought that they should have kept making Mk movies. When the first movie came out back in '95 (I was 4 yrs old), and when I watched it, I loved it. So then my older cousin told me for every MK game they made, there would be a movie for each one. But soon I knew he lied to me and I was disappointed lol. Once MK:A was out (I was 6) I couldn't wait to watch it, but since I was younger, I didn't really notice all the flaws and I loved it anyway.

But now I noticed everything and I think they did a horrible job compared to the first movie. So in my opinion, they should keep making MK movies
as long as it's well-written and has humor and great fighting techniques.
I want MK3 to be better than the first! (Or just as good)..

If they could give this movie a good budget, it could be good. Action movies have gotten so much better since the mid 90s. As long as Ed Boon or somebody from the MK team has some say in what goes in the film, I'll be fine.
