I hear that man, the second MK movie sucked balls. They didn't even have the same actors for Raiden, Sonya, Johnny Cage, and Jax. When compared to the first one, this one is fucking lame as hell.

Shao Kahn was a wimp in the movie and is a daddys boy.

I would rather they entirely forget Annihilation, and just make a new, decent MK movie. No point in trying to remake one of the crappiest movies ever.

hmm for transofrm Annhiliation in a good mocie we need:
1) redo all fighting scene
2) give to Johnny Cage,Rain,Baraka,Smoke,Scorpion,Sub Zero,Kabal,Stryker a decent role in the movie.
3)rehire the former actors(linden Ashby,cristopher Lambert,ecc).
4)Make a make up to Shaop Kahn and make him seems like a monster.
5)put the(hated) kung Lao in the gameAlso Kintaro.
6) let Sheeva fight against Raiden or Kitana.
7)eliminate Shinnok from the scriopt of the movie

Hopefully Mortal Kombat Devastation will be a true sequal to Mortal Kombat 1.

Mortal Kombat 1 isn't right either...Shang Tsung never died , Goro gets killed by Liu Kang. The next MK movie should Start off with Mortal Kombat 4 or Gold.

Shang Tsung gives an evil grin, and we don't hear about it for the rest of the movie.

I would keep the story as it is because the new fans don't know the story and we're not exactly clear on who beat who and I would have John Vogel as the Writer and Director

Sub Zero mythologies based on the game.

The idea of it being about sub zero in the past is awsum. Its got an interesting story that no one can complain they didn't do right, its got two cool characters (scorpion and sub zero) and probably good special effects to make sub zero the MAN!
(Unlike in the first mk movie where sub zero turned around with a frosty mask and you thought (oh awsum this fights just begining!) but then he does a cheap boring cold sphere piece of shit)

The second movie is ok as long as you don't consider it part of the story It's actually an ok film as long as you treat it like a different movie I just call it Annihilation not MK Annihilation.

Johhny Nitro The Great Khali wtf? LOL I was thinkin for Jax Westley Snipes and the rest of the orginal cast and defianetly bring back Chris Lambert he was funny as Raiden no doubt

wesley snipes as Jax wtf? he's too black and not built enough,I was talking about the first movie cast which would have the storyline of the first game because it would be directed by Vogel so Jax wouldn't be there and Johnny Nitro's personality fits cage the only thing needed would be a haircut and to get rid of his sideburns and Singh would be in makeup and two fake arms someone else on here said so too don't be so negative wrdlife21version21

i got you but i just would laugh if they chose Johhny Nitro was to play Cage. Although they do share similar characteristics. I still think Linden Ashby should play Johnny Cage "Those were 200 dollar sunglasses asshole!" classic. But its still early.

Kcalypso never mentioned the second movie. He was talking about if they did the Sub-Zero prequel that has been in question for awhile.

i can go on for a few more years, so i'll skip to the finish and say. to redo MK annhillation, they would have to make an entirely different movie.

How about we pretend this movie didn't happen? I can deal with the first movie being canon, it was at least half way decent. Then they can do a movie in the style of MK2.
