for me Resident Evil 1 mario Bros Street Fighter Tomb Raider are a lot worse than Mk Annhiliation.
MK 1 is the best Mvie based on videogames,even ifi'm sure tat The Suffering movie will be better for his storyline

The only way I can see Mario Bros or Tomb Raider beating MK1 is if it was main stream appeal. A big breasted English woman, and a children's comedy easily beats a fight movie. I'm sorry its true.

Plus maybe in creativity MK was worse, simply because it was quite the rip off of Enter the Dragon. A strange old man invites 3 contestants to an island where they compete in matches against the goons of the strange old man. One of the three invited is there for business, one is there for the fight, one is there to be a playboy. There is a great feast before the tournament begins. The one there for the fights meets a strange woman who has an alliance with the strange old man. Forbidden love blossoms between the two of them. By the end of the movie, the one that is there for the fight defeats the old man and most goons out of all 3 of the contestants.
