Alot of you folks here on this forum pretty much have or haven't heard about the short-lived Mortal Kombat Federation of Martial Arts interactive stock trading game & web series that was produced in the early 2000s by Threshold Entertainment. Here is a condensed version of how this ill-fated web series came into existence.

The web site to this web series gave fans pretend money called "Atman" which players can used to create a portfolio of fighter and to bet on fights, and every weekend a new fight was released. Different prizes would've been given to those that had the most money. In addition most of the cast of the first two Mortal Kombat films and the Mortal Kombat Conquest TV series reprised their roles, while for other characters either new actors/actresses or archival footage was used.

Unfortunately, the series had very little story with text in the style of news reports and released video sequences on the website, and was cancelled after only a few months without an official reason given. In the end, what we basically got was a web series with a very small (and really low) budget, terrible fighting scenes, bad acting, weak and lame special effects, and awful green screen backgrounds. During the short run of this web series reports surfaced that UPN was to pick up the series, but the idea never reached any actual development and therefore no TV episodes were ever produced.

According to the Mortal Kombat Fandom Wiki, around 55 episodes were produced for this short-lived web series. However, while almost every episode can easily be found on YouTube, only two episodes can't be found anywhere online. These are Episode 18 - Nightwolf vs Scorpion - Round 3 & Episode 45 - Rain vs Quan Chi - Round 3.

It's not known why nobody had archived these episodes before the website to this web series closed down, and it remains a mystery on what either episode would've looked like. Finding them on the Wayback Machine is not going to be easy as Internet Archive doesn't have everything related to Threshold Entertainment's Mortal Kombat websites.

Overall, these two episodes are one of the few contenders of Lost Mortal Kombat Media, other than any of the cancelled games & the unproduced Mortal Kombat Devastation film project.

We know all this bro. Welcome to the forum. MKO even hosts all but these 2 episodes, thanks to me. According to my sources, Quan Chi killed Rain. That's all that's known.

I sent a tweet to Ed Boon asking about the Federation of Martial Arts web series and if he knew about it's existence or not, if he had any involvement with it, or if he had a copy of either two missing episodes of this web series, but so far he hasn't responded to my tweet yet.

I also decided to send a tweet to John Tobias to ask him if he had heard about it's existence, or if Ed Boon had any involvement with the production of the web series, but like my attempt at asking Ed Boon, John Tobias hasn't responded to my tweet either.
