I think that an MK theme park would be great. Think about it, a Repitle Acid Spit shooting gallery, Test Your Might devices, Arcades filled with MK arcade machines, a Netherrealm huanted house, a Living Forrest maze, a swinging Nethership, gift shops filled with all sorts of mk merchandise, & a shuttle roller coaster in the shape of Sorpions spear called "GET OVER HERE!!!!!!!". For those who don't know, a "shuttle coaster" is a roller coaster that shoots its cars at high speeds straight up a giant hill & then pulls you backwards down the hill & back into the station (Superman the Escape is one).

Universal has a theme park/ studio set. Even though some of their attractions are not Universal movies. Maybe the Theme Park will have a section for MK and then a studio on the other side. If they were smart they would haul ass in makin this thing so they can A) Have tourists come out for next summer, B) Get filmin on MK3, and C) Since Threshold has the rights to make a live-action Ninja Scroll movie they could start working on that 2. Sounds like Threshold is trying to make it back into the game.

A Mk Theme park.......... It would probably be overdone and tacky and a littles kids thing because no ones going to invest in a video game theme park well at least the world isnt that over-commercialised yet. As for the movie dont get all worked up yet it might just be a cheap rendition of the previous ones just with a better cast well anyway further news should reflect this

I just hope to god that they realize mortal kombat is not for children when they start production on this movie. There were no real mk style fatalities there was very little blood, there really wasnt any mortal kombat in the mortal kombat movies...

I'm just hoping they throw in sub-zeros spine rip fatality i would just love to see that done in a movie.
