I dont know what's with this partner of Guile's, though. He cant be Charlie, Charlie probably died. If he didn't die, he's still a mutated monster. I dont see any other characters he could be...maybe Eagle...but I doupt it.

Actually, u r right.. He CAN'T be Charlie... I know he is in the film for sure (it's been confirmed by many reliable sources)... Maybe he'll be a new M. Bison (Bison's NOT dead by the way... if u c the ending after the credits, he's resurrected).
I think the film will be decent if it focuses on a few characters and has a solid story... But then again, this is a Van Damme movie :)

i think the first street fighter movie sucked, but after watching it a few times, it ended up being the funniest shit ive seen in a while, i mean it wasnt just funny with how bad it was but it was also funny with the jokes it put in, iliked it a hell of a lot more than mka because street fighter always had an unbelievable and cheesy feel to it anyway. mk was dark and forboding and mka was worse than power rangers.

oh yeah? When the movie was over, I left the theatre as fast as I could, I didn't wait till the credits were over. What was it like?

actually, it was mostly in the vhs version (i think only a few theatres had the special ending)... Basically, after the credits, the woman's voice says something like 'reviving bison'... and then world domination... then his hand comes out... Pretty cool ending for such a horrible film... I'll get the dvd soon which has deleted scenes and i'll tell u more detailes.

it hard to beleive that theres only gonna be 2 sf movies out..after all theres over 50 sf games. the first movie, like that game, sucked...as will this movie.

I have a feeling that this movie will be worse then the first one and that was a BAD movie.

Actually, there are currently three street fighter movies(Street Fighter The Ultimate Battle, Street Fighter II the Animated Movie, and Street Fighter Alpha: The Animation). And who says they'll only make one more SF movie?

i liked the 1st street fighter movie and mk:a there 2 good movies in my opinion.

First of all, I'm sorry to inform everybody but you cannot like MKA or Street Fighter the Movie, its forbidden. If you like it you are probably not a human but some kind of human/mountain ape hybrid.

Second, has anyone seen the Street Fighter anime TV series? Not the horrific american series or SF2 and SFA the movies, but the series itself? It had quite a few episodes and might fill the void for people wanting more street fighter videos.

I KIND OF agree with the guy who said he liked both Street Fighter and Annihalation. Street Fighter's just good ol cheesy fun while MKA has some pretty good action scenes...

True true, i liked both of the movie, when you want to have a greet laugh or something.

But in my opinion the animated movie was best folowd closely by streetfighter v(ictory) also known as the series.

Alpha wasn't all that good but a timefiller.

let me explain why i like street fighter 1 the movie and why i like MKA,
Street Fighter:
first videogame to movie i saw
i got to see my fav guy vega
last fight scene between guile and bison was cool
yeah i know the little pose at the end of the movie was dumb i laughed at it it reminded me of that old power rangers movie.
why i liked MKA:
one of the first movies i seen at a theater
I like the fighting
i admit it i thought it was better than the first movie im opinion.
it had all of my fav charcters even though they had short parts
costume design was great!

I guess that both of you are wrong, the Charlie of the fist movie was Carlos Blanka, and Van Damme called him charlie for friendly reasons. But there is a Charlie Nash character that is guile's partner. So he could be in the movie.

We know that, BloodyEyes. But the fact that Charlie was actually Carlos Blanka was just another stupid thing in the movie. They obviously meant it to be Charlie, Guile's friend who died at Bison's hands.

3. The costume design was awful. The ninjas wore gloves, Sindel wore gloves, Shao Kahn wore gloves, Jade and Sindel wore spandex, The ninjas masks were huge, Kahn's mask just sucked, and I'm not even going to comment on Sheeva's so called 'clothes'.

While you have your ''reasons'' to like MKA and SFTUB, I have tons of reasons to hate both movies. I really dont understand how one can like them.
