I have taken 23 years of Shaolin Kung Fu, and am considered a master, which means a ninth or tenth degree black belt in American standards.
I think I can safely say most of those stunts aren't too difficult, at least not after years of training.
The Leaps are commonly trained for in Muay Thai, I know a sixth-year student who can kick things ten feet in the air. It simple takes lots of leg muscle and concentration.

I agree that Jaa would make a good Reptile, since Reptile's always struck me as a Muay Thai man. Lizard. Whatever.
