What happened to the comic book series?

I thought dark horse was supposed to come out with a comic book series. I have never read any comics unless they were in the newspaper but I would have read this one. I remember the teaser art and I was impressed. So whatever happened to it all?

It was actually WAM Entertainment, but they went out of business. If you bought any of the Deception controllers, there was a mini comic book included that had a ton of artwork. That's about as close to the MKD comic as you're gonna get.
