I was watching MK and MKA the other day and I thought how good the fighting arenas (well in MK1 anyway) looked, and how they added to the excitement of the fight.
-My favourite is Shao Kahn's tower (or was it Shang Tsung's?) at the end of MK1. I liked the giant Mortal Kombat dragon that was on the floor, and I thought it was good that they tried to add an element from the games - when the spikes came through (like MK1's Pit):
BUT there were many other good ones, so which was your favorite and why?

First is where Johnny Cage fought Scorpion (the place with all the borken down scaffoldings and skulls on the ground-- brilliant orange and gritty atmosphere.
Second is when Liu Kang first runs into the reptile Reptile, the time where it spits in his face. An overhwhelming blue atmosphere and awesome set design.

I like two stages and they were both in MK1. The first was Scorpion's realm with the fight of Scorpion and Johnny Cage. The next areana I liked was the one with teh battle with Sub-Zero and Liu Kang.

I really like the one where Liu fights Reptile (THAT FIGHT WAS THE BEST) its really cool, i think the WORST is the one in MKA where they have the fight between scorpion and sub zero , and liu and smoke....that arena looked too fake and it was anooying...i really like the reptile one tho, and it had really creepy statues.....

hmm...i liked the stage where Liu fought that black man., and Sonya fought Kano. It reminded me a little bit about a stage like background in the first mk game, also the stage made it look like a tournament

Here's a pic of that stage:

and here's one of the MKA Reptile(s) fight:

But why Raiden fights 3 Reptile's doesn't make much sense, and I've never heard an explanation. Can someone explain to me why there are 3 Raptors at the start, but Raiden only fights 2?

About Me

probably the only explenation is that they messed up again ( you watch MK2 a lot and u start being tolerant). it was still a nice fighting scene, and yeah the best figh so far was liu kang vs reptile in mk1, except that reptile it was too short. it;s like every move that liu kang does, reptile gets hit. the background was still awesome.

reptile and lui kang....for sure
