Very likely. Its had several since the initial 2011 release. Just don't expect a slew of special features. WB hasn't treated the 1995 with much respect. Since the audio commentary was recorded over the films audio a new one would have to be made.

After seeing their disasterous transfer of TJB (it doesn't dare well on a 4K TV), without rescanning the 1995 film to fully work on 4k, I'm not expecting much.

Considering we got Conquest on DVD as DVDs were being replaced by Bluray and 4K was taking storm, we are still waiting on DOTR here in the US.

I wouldn't keep my hopes up.
