No. It would be terrible IMO. Besides, he might even turn to be funny with very stupid jokes. Cage has that funny humble attitude that fits him great.

I hate those excellent movies that add some bad comedy, like in “The Mummy Returns”, you were about to get killed, or you saw something amazing, and there we had the characters acting like if that was normal or saying something pretty stupid and unrealistic in that kind of situation.

I mean, there was a movie where this guy was about to get killed and he told the evil monster:

“Wait! Lets play hide and seek, you search ”

I think Cage should be very serious most of the time, and when he starts fighting, he taunts the opponents and makes fun of them. think Spider Man, in terms of what he says while fighting but non corny.

I think at first he should act stunned. Hey, being killed and brought back to life should do that to anyone. Later on, he would regain some of his cockiness but act has if he's not as sure of himself as he was before. Also, there should be some unheard talks between him and Raiden.
