I have been looking over and over to look at a couple of things or new things.

Everybody is talking of going back in time. But I see a Satellite dish on the roof. You can see it when Scorpion and Sub-Zero are looking out the window (dish to the left). There is also a AC unit behind Sub-Zero and all the lights are working on Electrics.

So its not going back in time ?.

New timeline doesn't necessarily mean going back in time, and I think the presence of these modern comforts and appliances definitely indicates that we aren't moving backwards.

Because the wokeness killed MK since MK11 and it finished it off with the last MK movie which was worse than Annihilation. The biggest proof is that MKX even today has ten times more players online than MK11...

That's certainly one perspective.

So, after watching the gameplay trailer, it can be confirmed that this is actually an MK11.2 both in looks and fighting mechanics. Boon became really lazy these days and wants to sell us the same game with a new clothing. Also the MK11/1 fight mechanics is s**t. The last good fighting mechanics was in MKX/XL.
