I think we can expect most of klassic skins to make an appearance. Sonya also has a somewhat modernized MK1 outfit. as does Raiden. Kabal has his klassic mask and his default skin resembles the MK3 outfit a lot. So default skin with klassic mask = MK3 Kabal. Johnny Cage has a skin that resembles his MK9 outfit which in turn resembled his MKII outfit... so there you go.

Never will happen but- MK Gold Baraka. I loved his look in that game.

I don't quite understand why we still have skins in a game with customization. Why not just include the requisite pieces to make these different classic looks through customization? Is it because customization can only change clothing and not actual physical traits?

Yeah, I still don't quite understand how skins and customization work. There's a lot about MK11 that I still don't understand.

Jax MK2 look with human arms, just put those big metal forearm/bracelet things he had on in that game and let them light up

Yeah I wish the outfits were more customisable / modular and allowed for more unique looks.

MK Deception Mileena. If she is indeed in the game, she has got to have that- Oh right, 2019. It's what I believe to be her definitive look but, I just don't think it's allowed these days.

MK3 Kitana. That outfit is the coolest for the ninja women, but I think it best suits her.

MK3 Scorpion. It was where his skull mask made it's first appearance and I love that thing.

Fuck it just dress everyone in their Mortal Kombat 3 stuff. My only hope is that this time around they do the retro costumes respectfully. Am I the only one who felt like in the previous games they were mocking the old aesthetics of the characters and didn't give the intention of doing them justice?

Yes, exactly, I was talking about this costume. It may be pretty simple by today's standards but still looks pretty cool on her and it would be nice to see Kitana wearing black for a change.

Does MKTM outfits count? If yes, then Shang's black robes please. Only not leather but flowy like Noob's rags, more like silk. Or the one from MKvsDC - don't know why but I liked it a lot.

MK Conquest Shao Kahn (from ep.22) or the alternate from MKU (the one with pants).

I always hated MK3 designs... too much plastic. My personal opinion: Kung Lao never looked better than in MK:DA/MK:SM.

As for others... MK9 just speaks to me... meybe except the ladies who looked like they just ended the shift at a pole-dancing club... Ermac and Stryker never looked better in my eyes.

I don't think the female ninjas are gonna get their klassics though due to how revealing they are and how the developers don't want that.

Funny, it seems in the games Kitana wears blue- but in every single outside media her primary color is black. In the movies, the Conquest TV series, the Defenders Of The Realm cartoon- It's crazy. Then the only game she would've wore black in, MK4, she didn't make the cut and when she was added to MKG she was in her traditional blue colors.

Now you have me wanting Kitana in black lol. This especially would be the perfect time to do it, after all, she's the queen of the Neatherealm these days.

They've been adding more black to her costumes, but no all black yet. Let's hope.

MK4 Alternate Kitana: Black ninja attire Kitana would be tremendous.

MKD Alternate Raiden: Hatless Raiden with cool teal beads. Surprisingly cool outfit I would like.

MK4 Alternate (White, Skull) Scorpion: This costume was one of my favorites.

MK4 Alternate (Either One) Noob: He had some sick alternates in this game. The hooded one was pretty dope, and the chrome/alien thing that was pretty out there.

Kano- MKDA primary

Kitana- MKX primary

You know, Kitana has appeared in her unplayable forms in the game endings 3 times: in MK3, MK4 and MKD. In MK3 you can see her in Liu Kang's ending as well as in MK4 but she appears darkened and you can't see her costume clearly. It looks like they altered a picture of Sindel actually. In a couple of MKD endings she wears exact same costume as Mileena but in blue. I personally love it but some people questioned if the costume suited Kitana. So it makes me feel sorry more about her unused MK4 look. At least they could have added it as an alternate costume in MKG but new characters had no alternate costumes in MKG if I remember correctly.

I think it’d be awesome if we get them all! Imagine every character having every outfit they’ve ever appeared in.

I was super stoked MKX had MK3 ninja attires, and I want those back, but make Reptile human again in it. And if Rain, Smoke, etc. are DLC, it shouldn't be hard to give them klassic skins as well. As for everyone else, they included A LOT in MKX and rehashing some of those klassic skins would be cool for me.
