How do I get more Kollector Koins? The Kolletor Summon Tower did not give me any more when resummoned.

Also... where do I find the Elder God forge item to get Cassie's pistol?

Answered my own questions about kollectorkoins... i refilled thekrypt 8 times. Seems to refill soul chests, koin chests and jnvisible chests
