Hi all,

I work for GAME in the uk and can confirm the Switch version will launch 2 weeks later on May 10th.
Also we have preorders up for the Gold edition (PS4 and XOne) which so far comes with a Steelbook case and Fighter Pack 1. Shao Kahn and Beta access included obviously too.
Gonna arrange a massive launch event in my Belong Gaming Arena! Can’t wait!!

So what's the price for the gold edition?

I will preorder only if I find a good deal, so far the UK has the cheapest prices.

So, the Gold Edition is just the Premium Edition.

Assuming that's because the steelbook cover will just be the text of the game in "gold".

Starting to think we won't get any type of Kollector's Edition.

I think there will be a Collector's Edition. If memory serves me correctly for MKX, they allowed pre-orders of the Collector's Edition at the end of January 2015, three months before launch.

I still have my both MKX statues and they look awesome. The Coarse statue is not cheap. It looks awesome too.

Australia, which is known for its intense heat (it's currently Summer) and constant storms during said season. It gets VERY muggy during rain. I

The MKX Collectors editions were fantastic. Would love them to mix it up a little this time and give us a Raiden or Kitana statue when the Collectors edition inevitably gets confirmed. We’ll prob get Scorpion again though.... and I’ll bloody buy it.

With how the last gen ports of MKX kept getting delayed until finally canceled, even just talk of a delay for the Switch port has me skeptical of it ever coming out.

Too much buzz and fuzz to it to get canceled, however I expect the Switch version to be like MK 9 for Vita.

They will include some exclusive feature to balance the inferior graphics.

Only it doesn't have inferior graphics.

In fact, all three consoles run on the same processor, with Nvidia (Switch) and AMD (PS4 & XB1) being neck and neck in capability. The only difference is the updated versions of the PS4 and Xbox One have 4K compatibility, but all three run on 1080p, which is the current standard.

The processor may be about even, but it has half the ram of a ps4. And that’s the base ps4 model.

I only have a Switch, and don't really intend on getting anything else.

The graphics will suffice for me, so the only thing I'm really worried about is the game's roster.

I can believe this; to me it seems like they are focusing on the PS4 and Xbox One versions first, and then trimming out some of the graphical bells and whistles to make it run on the Switch. I will be sad to see it delayed on the switch (I have no reason to own a PS4 of Xbox One personally so Switch is my go-to console here). However I can live with it; I'm just glad there's finally a Nintendo console with the success and technical specs to have a Mortal Kombat game come over.
