I'd say since Sub is one of the slower, more defensive characters it would be wise to make the new version faster. Also, seeing as though he has a teleport kick it would make sense that that would fit a faster character

Also, since Raiden has his lightning circling his body in his gameplay videos, it would seem likely that smoke will emit smoke.

Can't be certain but seems from the things we know that those things will be the case

I like the wiki, very useful for catching up on MK history since the last game I played or the endings of characters I never played at all. Like all wikis, you have to know how to "read between the lines" so to speak, and figure out what's real and whats not. usually, things with insufferable terms like "derp" in them can be disregarded. lol

Adding to that thought, no one person is responsible for the content on a Wiki. They're a community project. It's not anyone's "job" to keep it accurate (unless they're a paid moderator, which I'm guessing no one here is).

The idea of blaming any one person or small group of people for the problems of a wiki... is faulty. Again, they're a community project. If you find a problem, you can fix it yourself. That's the beauty behind the whole concept. :P

I wouldn't take his CSZ's Dive Kick as being a teleport just yet, Mileena's teleport kick is referred to as Drop Kick. Sonya has a Dive Kick though, but it's not a teleport, it's like Cammy's dive kick in street fighter. I think it's more likely they just took that and added ice effects. I guess they could of changed the names around though.
