I think this game just officially became one of the series's best due to the sheer magnificence of that win pose. Oh lord. April cannot get here fast enough.

I've said it before and I'll say it again:

He needs to have an alternate win pose for when you get a Flawless. Because if he never got hit,then his 500$ sunglasses wouldn't snap in half. :3 Ultimate insult to injury.

Or he can just put another pair of sunglasses on top of his sunglasses! Because he's Johnny fucking Cage!

You know why I love these kind of videos? They showcase the people who work in the background and are giving them just as much status and merit as the ones we always see. Kudos to NRS for giving the team equality!

His fighting style is one of those that have stood out to me the most since E3. I love those quick kicks he has (especially that nice little 1-2 against Reptile). And I absolutely LOVE the fact that he doesn't shut the hell up when he's fighting lol! I thoroughly enjoy everything that comes out of his mouth when he's whooping ass. It'll make playing as him that much more fun. Seriously, one of the top characters I want to try out!!

Am I the only one wondering why if Cage got a "Flawless victory" at the end, his sunglasses still fell apart? Don't get me wrong, I love the pose, and I've always loved the idea of Cage, but I think he's just buying cheap sunglasses at this point. They fall apart without even being touched!

The way Johnny Cage is depicted in this video is actually, imo, perfect for MK.

He's that arrogant jerkwad who's willing to take on anyone, and most of the time, he kicks their ass.

And on the whole Jersey Shore thing, he does kinda remind me of that situation dude.

He's definitely going to be one of my favourite characters in the game. His moves are also very cool.

You've got to love Johnny Cage. They've done a great job capturing his personally with his taunts and that win pose is genius! I love it! I'm still not liking the tattoo of his his name on his chest and don't think he's as pretty as he should be. Other than that, Johnny Cage is looking to be one of the best presented characters so far.

Overall I liked what I saw. They are doing a pretty good job of his personality, but they are coming close to over doing it. Lines such as "I'm so pretty", and having a tattoo on his chest comes close to being overdone. I really like the win pose. It suits him and it makes me laugh every time I see it.

I really hope he isn't set to full douche bag mode through out the whole story. Part of his charm is that he realizes there is more at stake than his career, and by MKA he is the only one keeping the heroes together.

Ultimately I think he needs to be more like the Flash(Wally West) than "the Situation".

I think they did a good job with Johnny overall. Even though I don't like that tattoo and the Cage belt, they did an awesome job with his personality. His gameplay looks fun too.

Poor Mileena. She's been ranked no.1 for half a month now and still no update for her... The saddest thing is that the first thing to expect is one of those fatality wallpapers. I don't think her vignette is gonna come before January 1st.

The sheer Badassery of Johnny Cage's flawless would cause the glasses to snap themselves in half.

On a completely unrelated note The monster in Khan's Koliseum sounds good.

Totally agree. I love the "Oh yeah!" after the sunglasses, but it would be amazing if he said "Those were $500 sunglasses, asshole" at random. I would literally join you in tears if they made that addition.

On a side note, I agree with another post that says they are in danger of overdoing it. I think if they keep the attitude that Linden Ashby had in the movies, they will hit JC on the head.

Johnny's douchebaggery is good stuff, but I agree with someone above that it's important not to overdo it and it starts getting in the way of the gameplay.
