I was losing respect when I thought Kintaro was going to be DLC, which went against what Boon had said regarding on-disc DLC and how he feels about Capcom's DLC.

Yes,however it's still the glitch character I remember seeing when I was younger. So it's still a win for me :)

That's how I understood it at least. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the core dispute here.confused

I just don't get this. Everyone (almost everyone here) has come across the Lupinko leaks. They've read or had someone tell them what was in the data from the demo. They spoil everything about the game. But. Wait. When NRS actually officially announces something, you get upset.

Well, I guess that means Kintaro is unlockable on disc after all, if so that's nice to hear. Kenshi and Red Lady look great, now I'm just waiting on Rain.

I have a question about Skarlett. Was she ever actually a real glitch? Or was she just a rumor that never turned out to be true? I see people in here saying they've seen her, but I swear that I've read online that was false.

Also, I don't mind her name being Lady in Red. It reminds me of how Lisa's debut in Dead or Alive was under the name La Mariposa.

Oh... okay, so Kenshi and Scarlet will be in this game as DLC...

The past 28 pages has been either about the fact that Rain isn't one of the firsts to get chosen as a DLC...

Kintaro...

Random inconsistent crap I will probably just read over...

Which gives me the only thing in saying, this just proves that no matter what we get, however its given to us, however the order is... if something appears to be missing from the game we need to bawl our brains out and claim that it's bogus on how so-and-so isn't going to be here even though we still have twenty four days left of announcements.

I don't get why there's so many arguments in this thread about two characters that are either in or not in the game. Seeing Tiger's Blood which is mostly a hint towards Kintaro since who else is part tiger? Seeing Rain being thrown in here a bunch of times, guys... he made it as a background character... so did Kenshi and this Scarlet character... and even Tanya and people were asking if you would like to see her return as a possible DLC character. So far, that's three background characters that's got a chance to be in this game, Rain not being included... come on, thread after thread its about this character, I doubt Boon is going to ditch him.

I am pleased with the characters that are chosen to be DLC's first... And remember... THEY CAN ALWAYS ADD MORE EVEN IF THEY'RE NOT OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE GAME HAS BEEN RELEASED...

... Times like these I'm glad fucking Stryker made it into the final roster. There will be blood if this character was decided to be a DLC instead and was the firs to be announced...

I agree with this. Her design is a bit boring. I hope they go back and try to give a bit more detail.. and perhaps a bit of individuality. Right now she looks like a generic background character (no pun intended here for her actual background spot in Kahn's Arena). If they're going to make her a full character then they should work on her a little be more. Here's hoping (if they don't fix her primary) that she'll at least get an interesting alt.
