She's flawless looking! If only the artist who designed her outfit was working on Kitana, THAT is exactly along the right lines of how the female ninja's should look!

My only complaint is that this outfit really does deserve a swap with Kitana's. Kitana's current outfit seems to suit Jade better, and Jade's outfit would fit perfectly with Kitana's personality. It's a bit odd that Khan would dress his own daughter in a more provocative outfit than he would one of his assassin's, perhaps he's got the hots for Kitana!

Aside from that the details and design of it is immaculate, she'll instantly be one of the first warriors I'll pick when I grab hold of that game. Delighted the NRS team done her Justice, well done lads! :D

Well, with Stryker, Jade and Quan Chi conirmed, all characters I considered questionable to make it... I think that we may see every character from MKT.

Only characters still on the chopping block are Rain and Sheeva.

Without a doubt this is the BEST Jade has ever looked. I love her costume. I love how she looks younger and not like 40 years old like she did in Deception and I love how her skin is a lot lighter now. She kind of looks Latino

She's still the same skin tone. She's dark. The scan just shows her lighter because of the glare.

Both of which I assume will be fairly safe to be on the Roster. Sheeva was an integral part of the original timeline by being Queen Sindel's bodyguard, and her rivalry with the Centaur's added more depth to the Shokan storyline. If Sindel, Cyrax, Sektor and Nightwolf are in this game, the chances of the likes of Sheeva and Stryker being left out are very, very slim. They'll most likely just revamp her whole image and playstyle to appeal to new and hardcore gamers, make her quicker and more visually appealing.

As for Rain, I'd be very, very surprised if he wasn't included. There's been a lot of fans requesting for him on various different websites and his fan base (which was surprisingly big when he was first released) has only increased with Armageddon (though he still is looked down upon by a lot of other fans for being created as a joke character). Too many fans have requested for him, and Boon has buckled to fan requests in the past with the inclusion of Motaro and Chameleon to Armageddon. He's either going to be playable from the get go, or DLC (preferably the first option though, as I'd like to have him from the start).

I'm confident we'll see nearly all the characters from the old line up, even Liu Kang despite my own personal distaste for him. I'd be most worried about Motaro or Kintaro appearing, since it seems Goro and Khan are the bosses in this game.

Damn, Goro is huge... Glad to see that. I just hope he is playable sooner or later even if it is a toned down version of him. I think it should be acceptable for him to be playable through a patch, lets say 2 or 3 months after release. As for online, give each server the following option; Boss Characters: Able/Disable. Simple as that.

Jade is looking good. Hope to see some clear images, or better yet videos, soon.

Glad to see Jade looks as good as she does. Don't really like how Goro looks, but given that you can't see much, it's hard to rule him out early. I liked the leaked picture of him a while back, but in this picture it seems nothing about him has changed. I'll wait to hold my judgments until I see more.

Design-wise, it doesn't look as good as the MKD alt, which was perfect as far as I'm concerned. Otherwise, it looks good, even if a bit on the simple side. I'll need better scans to tell, because the pics I have now are crap quality.

Actually, I am thinking just the opposite. Ever since this game was announced and people started making roster threads, I have always thought the 2 who would be left out of the game are Sheeva and Rain. Out of ALL the characters out there, important and non important, popular and non popular...they are at the bottom of the barrel in my opinion. Sure, everyone has some fans etc. but they just seem to have the least, especially out of their respective comparisons. Out of the female fighters in that era, Sheeva is the least important and least popular save for maybe Chameleon. Same goes for Rain...He may have a fanbase and some sort of importance, but all the ninjas have more importance and more fandom than him. It's just the way it is. That's why I have always felt if there's 2 characters that won't make it from MK1-MKT, it's them. I'll be surprised to see them make it.

What an ignorant thing to say - just because someone wanted a lighter skin tone doesn't make them a white supremacist.

Seen some of the pics and heard some of the article's info. Here's my thoughts.

- Jade looks great. Actually what I wished Kitana had looked more like. She's very much being true to her MK3 roots and I love it. I still want to see her wielding her staff, though.

- Goro is HUGE. And apparently unplayable. I think this is great. Goro should be an obstacle to overcome, not just another fighter. He is supposed to be a monumental achievement to beat and he looks like he's bigger and stronger than ever.

- Xbox 360 version currently has no stupid guest characters and is a completely MK-centered cast? Awesome. I now know officially which version I'm going to get.

- Goro's Lair returns, and we finally get more details on the Rooftop. It's about time. I hope we get a lot more details and gameplay clips from here soon.

Overall, excellent news. I'd all but assumed this would be "Mileena Month" but getting two new areas and two new characters confirmed is a fantastic surprise.

I can see how having dark skin being viewed as a "disappointment" could be misconstrued into a negative thing, rather than genuine, cosmetic opinion. Sometimes its hard to tell.

I've already seen posts from him, and I've seen what he said and never called him a white supremacist. I just think it's interesting when a Black person says he or she thinks someone will look better aesthetically if they were to turn lighter. \And being black doesn't excuse you from....ugh fuck it. This is an internet forum. No point in arguing Race Theory with people I don't even know. Regardless, she looks awesome!! If you just thought somehow that green looks better on tan skin or something I apologize. If not, I stick by what I said.

Even taking the glare into account, this Jade just have a very good tan, like all her previous incarnations.
