I totally agree that this game will not be complete if Liu Kang is missing and I am fu*kin frustrated that he hasn't been confirmed even till now. Along with that frustration goes paranoia and am starting to believe he will not make it. Still.. I hope I am wrong.

Back on topic; I hope Goro has his grab move back from MKT and I also hope to see Jade's shaker fatality where she impales you with her staff and shakes you to death, minus the explosion.

I always thought that fatality was weird. lol I'd LOVE to see a variation of her MKD head impale one. I always thought that was definitely in character. Her noble, dignified pose at the end of it was so badass. It was just like YEAH. NO BIG DEAL. Just got a dripping, impaled head on a stick.

@ JADEdSCORPION - The thing is, I really don't want to see anymore decapitations, leg rips, arm rips, or torso rips (of any kind). I admit, the head impale fatality was pretty cool but the shaker has been my favourite ever since MKT (again, minus the explosion). And it doesn't necessarily have to be the exact same thing, she could hold up the staff at the end as the half-skinned victim slowly slides towards her (similar to Baraka's MK2 fatality), just to name something.

I could care less about goro.... Jade being confirmed is awesome though

Liu Kang will be in this game, no doubt about it... theyre prolly saving him for last.. hes the 3rd biggest iconic character out of mk, behind scorps and subz.

A covered eye reminds me much more of Nitara, but honestly, the look can be anyone's- it's not something unique and character specific like Sindel's hair for example. It's just a hairstyle detail and a rather generic one- nothing unusual or character specific about it.

Anyway, awesome to hear about Jade, I'm glad all three assassin chicks will be in their masked versions on the select screen, badass.

This is one of the reasons why I don't like these character reveal threads. Speculations after speculations that some tend to think that a certain character will not be in this game due to a late reveal. Some characters, that most tend to think, should be revealed very early during the development stage, such as a character with a huge fan base such as Jade.

But because they're getting revealed so later on during the months, many will believe that they're not going to be in this game at all, such as Liu Kang. And since many have been not really reading the posts that I have to say about Kang's reveal, such as agreeing with it, I've been stating and stating once more that Liu Kang will probably and possibly be the very last character to be revealed.

This isn't a rant, I'm just throwing this out there that many users here are believing that one character won't be in the game due to the lack of revealing new, yet slightly old, characters at a specific time that most would love to see. For a moment before Sonya was revealed, there were quite a few users who thought that Sonya would not make an appearance in the game because she wasn't being revealed suddenly. And I thought, "If this game is around the first three games for the setting, then why wouldn't that character be in this game?" But because we were just getting these characters coming out and then having Jax, many thought that Sonya wouldn't even be in this game, but just as a background character in Kahn's Arena.

Even the Stryker fans, such as myself, knows that the cop is back, even if he's going to be revealed later on. And since there's going to be a character that's going to come in during this time that wasn't before, we could assume that it's going to be a post-MK3 character.

So, with that said, I'm glad that Jade is in the game as well as Goro. So everyone can take a deep breath and be happy that two good characters are in this game. I'm dying to know Jade's move set, and I really hope that her fatalities are better than Deception's.

Liu Kang's in, he's the last person I'd be worried about making it in, he's the centerpiece of 1-3 and this is a fan service game. We haven't seen gameplay of Kano or Shang Tsung. bit I'd be willing to bet a fortune they're all in there, no worries.
