I thought that Ed was being a bit sarcastic with his reponse to if Stryker would be in the game. I just don't see Stryker making it, to be honest. I've never really cared for him, but I don't mind him, I guess.His story of ' just an everyday cop coping with an Outworld invasion' worked for MK3, but then he was never mentioned ever again.He made a return to MKA with no real storyline.

As much as I don't 'mind' Stryker, I would much rather see Rain or someone in the ranks of Rain, take his spot.

I'm one of the few people who actually likes Stryker.He looked badass in MKA, he could have his place in the story, it's a kind of reboot after all, they can change lots of elements.

I'm glad Boon admitted to taking the Street Fighter 4 approach. Which is the correct approach.

I liked Stryker's look and moves in MKA. His storyline does need to be updated tho. Maybe Jax will recruit him into the USSF. Im sure every character from MK3 is gonna be in the game. How many characters were selectable in MK3 anyway? 26ish? I'd rather see Stryker make it over Sheeva!! The DLC characters will probly be the ones who were only playable in UMK3 like Rain, Ermac, and Noob Saibot. But we know how much Ed Boon loves Quan Chi, who wasnt present until MK4 (not counting MK mythologies)

I didn't say it did, I just said I dislike Stryker for that reason.



I don't know what Blanka has to do with my post, but you are free to love playing as Stryker all day everyday. As for me? Yes, story relevance IS important for who I play as.

I just found Ed Boon's reaction to the Friendship/Babality question amusing:

Interviewer: "So, you have fatality meetings, but do you also have friendship and babality meetings?"

Ed Boon: *sips diet coke* What was the question?

Notice he has yet to completely say they're definitely not in the game. I don't care if they are or aren't, just an observation.
