You don't KNOW it's not Khameleon, any more than anyone else KNOWS that it is Khameleon. We don't know who she is. She's not addressed and her name isn't given.

She could be Khameleon. She could be Lady Anastacia Winderham Chesterfield the VII, High Dutchess of Outworld.

Point is, if you want her to be Khameleon, she can be. If you don't want her to be Khameleon, there's no reason she needs to be. Though her appearance IS identical to Khameleon's MK3 appearance, either way.

I for one, pretend she is, because I like character cameos. The more familiar faces I see, the more I like the game.
